A festival like DBTR only happens because of the people who believe in it. Thank you to everyone backing us.

Want to help us out and put your business in front of people at the festival? Then have a look at our three packages. One thing worth knowing: every package already includes everything from the ones below it, so nobody misses out.

1. Supporter package (from €100)

• Your logo on the DBTR website, with a link
• 2 free festival tickets

2. Premium package (from €300)

Everything in the supporter package, plus:

• Tagged as a sponsor in the text of every Instagram post
• Your own Instagram “sponsor” post, as a collab if you like
• Roll-up or banner placement in a prominent spot
• 5 free tickets instead of 2

3. Exclusive package (from €600)

Everything in the premium package, plus:

• Handing out promotional material, goodies or samples
• A mention as exclusive sponsor in the DBTR newsletter
• Your logo at the end of the DBTR aftermovie
• Room for visitor interaction — competitions, surveys and the like
• A place on the official DBTR poster, if there is still time
• 10 free tickets instead of 5

4. Open package – build your own sponsorship

Got a completely different idea for how you want to support the Down By The River festival? Maybe you would rather contribute goods, technical help, a special activity, or something creative?

• No fixed price: you decide how you want to help — with money, with materials, or with what you know.
• Whatever fits: we put a package together with you that is worth something to both sides. Your own stand at the festival, for instance?
• Flexible visibility: depending on what you bring, we work out together how best to put your name on it.

Just get in touch and we will find something that fits exactly what you have in mind.

This is not about sponsors making a killing here. It is about giving you a way to back something worth backing. You help us build a community around motorcycle adventures, music and sticking together — and we would like that to be visible.

How to support DBTR

1. Pick a package, or bring your own idea: look through the sponsorship packages and decide which one suits you. Or think up something entirely your own.
2. Get in touch: send a short email to hi@downbytheriver.world with your proposal, your idea or your questions.
3. Talk through the details: together we work out what suits everyone — what you get, and how your contribution fits into the festival.
4. Get going: once we agree, we take care of the rest. We keep you posted so you can see how your contribution is shaping the festival.
